Kevin Finn

Kevin is an M&A advisor with thirty years of experience in automotive engineering and software development — two sectors where deep technical understanding is the difference between a deal that closes and a deal that collapses.

He has worked extensively across the United States, the European Union and the Middle East, structuring cross-border transactions for founders, private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers.

For a decade he served as Operating Partner with two leading UK private equity houses, with a strong personal track record of successful co-investment and profitable exits.

Alongside client mandates, he has personally built and sold four companies of his own — and in 2011 was recognised with the Queen's Award for Export and Innovation.
